PTO will be accrued starting day 1 of the working week (excluding the training period) and the employee will be able to use the PTO accrued after 90 days. PTO will be calculated as $20/hour capped at $140 (7 hours) per Paid Time Off Day
All full-time employees who have completed 12 months of active service are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) according to the following schedule:
- 1st year – 7 days + birthday
- 2nd year – 8 days + birthday
- 3rd year to – 7th year – 10 days + birthday
- 8th year to 10th year – 12 days + birthday
- 10th year and up – 14 days + birthday
The Paid Time Off (PTO) period begins on January 1st of each year. Paid Time Off (PTO) time for the calendar year will be calculated based on the length of service on January 1st. If an employee crosses a length of service threshold as defined above prior to June 30th, additional days of Paid Time Off (PTO), according to the schedule above, will be awarded. If an employee crosses a length of service threshold as defined above after June 30th, additional days of Paid Time Off (PTO) will not be awarded until January 1st of the following year. Any eligible Paid Time Off (PTO) not taken by December 31st of each year will be forfeited. Paid Time Off (PTO) may not be rolled over to the following year, nor may it be converted into cash compensation.
Paid Time-Off leave is subject to appropriate supervisory approval. Requests for Paid Time Off (PTO) need to be submitted on the app “Day Off” prior to 14 days before any Paid Time Off (PTO) time will be authorized and paid. If the notice is not given, the time off will be “Unpaid” and would be deducted from the subsequent paychecks. Paid Time Off (PTO) leave is granted when convenient during the Paid Time Off (PTO) year, considering both the wishes of the employee and the operation of the Company.
