CEO Donny Minchillo Jr founded Joy of Cleaning FL LLC in 2019. As a “family-owned and operated business,” these past 2+ years, we have experienced tremendous growth and success. Now, as an absentee owner, Donny maintains involvement by meeting with the administrative staff on a regular basis and holding regular team meetings.
We have a staff of over 15, including Cleaning Technicians, office staff, and commercial building cleaners who work nights and weekends.
