If you have a problem affecting your employment at Joy of Cleaning FL LLC, you are encouraged to use the following procedure to assure that it receives prompt and fair handling:
STEP ONE: Discuss the problem with your supervisor. A sincere effort will be made to help with any situation that arises.
STEP TWO: If the discussion with your supervisor does not resolve the situation, you may then present your complaint, orally or in writing, to the next higher level of management (or founder).
Arrangements will be made to meet and discuss the situation with you.
STEP THREE: If you are still not satisfied, please contact the Joy of Cleaning FL LLC President. You may rest assured the problem will be addressed in a fair and expedient manner.
