Offensive Language and Insubordination

It is the long-standing policy of this company to treat all employees with respect and courtesy.  During your employment with us it is expected and required that you will treat all people with whom you work with respect and courtesy.  The company will not condone or tolerate offensive language directed toward superiors, subordinates, or peers, nor will it tolerate insubordination directed toward superiors or others placed in a position of authority.  Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
