· Employees can use available Paid Time Off (PTO) time for any absence. It will still count as an absence.
· Employees may not elect to use Paid Time Off (PTO) time for unpaid suspension time.
· To meet business needs, an employee’s work week may be adjusted to include additional hours and/or days. In this event, these additional hours and/or days will become a part of the regular work week. They will be treated as such as it pertains to absence occurrences, etc.
