When at a client’s house, accidental incidents such as the following (not limited to) might happen:
- You accidentally break an item at a client’s house
- You accidentally spill a cleaning product on a sofa/bed/mat/clothes which cannot be removed
- You accidentally use the wrong cleaning product and that has an adverse effect on the look and feel of that place
- You accidentally step on a pet
- You accidentally take something that actually belongs to the client
- You accidentally damage the floor
In cases like this, please understand that we believe accidents happen, and if you’re ever in such a case, know that you’re not in trouble. Accidents and mistakes happen but as a company, we want to make sure it’s communicated properly so we can remedy the situation.
So it is paramount that you inform us ASAP. You should reach out to your immediate supervisor ASAP and let them know in detail what happened. We want to make things right, so we want to know what exactly happened. In your conversation please let the supervisor know as much detail as possible what happened.
Based on your response and what happened, we will reach out to the client and ask them to fill out a Client Incident Report so we can better understand their point of view and see how we can make things right.
