New employees will receive an initial performance evaluation at the end of their first 30 days of active service. Thereafter, performance evaluations will be conducted, at a minimum, on an annual basis on or about the employee’s anniversary date with the Company. Performance evaluations may be conducted at interim times at the discretion of the employee’s supervisor. Merit increases are not guaranteed and are based upon employee performance and Company financials. When provided, a merit increase may accompany a performance evaluation of the employee’s performance and salary so warrant.
