How Does the Flex Schedule Program Work?
While we do our best to keep your cleaning on a consistent day and time, Flex scheduling requires some flexibility. Flex clients are scheduled based on availability, and appointment times may shift within the same week. If a full pay client needs a specific time slot, we may ask to move your cleaning to another available time that week. Likewise, if a full pay client cancels, we may move your cleaning into that opening. This helps us keep our technicians fully scheduled while you continue to enjoy discounted service.
